Yoga for Large People Clinic

Yoga adapted for your particular body is nourishing and healthful.  That is as it should be for all of us regardless of size and shape.  Many folks think yoga is inappropriate because of their size or weight.  No so. This class will focus on postures and ways of mindfully moving to enhance  strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus adapted for those of us with larger bodies.  We are fine just the way we are so let’s work with that.  Learning materials included.  Tuition $30.
