Gentle Mindful Yoga, Monday Mornings Online this Spring

A safe and friendly introduction to yoga, appropriate for those wanting to try an accessible form of yoga or for those who have had injuries in the past. We will practice movements that teach yoga alignment in ways that are available to most everyone. We will practice relaxation as well as develop strength and flexibility. Easy and modified yoga poses will be explored. Your physician should release you for general physical activity.

Intermediate Mindful Yoga, Wednesday Evenings Online this Spring

We introduce a physically more lively practice including Inversions, backbends, rigorous flow.  Mindfulness during practice emphasized.

Resilience, Restoration & Mindful Movement; Caring for Ourselves and Others in Uncertain Times Online this Spring on Wednesdays

This is an invitation to practice ways of safe, healthy and attentive movement and methods of relaxation at home during these uncertain times.

Postures and movements will be demonstrated in video or provided as photographs and discussed as you have questions.  Modes of restorative practice such as progressive relaxation, body scan, and mindful pause will be introduced.

MBSR Orientation: Online Thursday, April 9th
Apr 9 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

This free 90 minute Orientation will help you understand what the MBSR 8-Week Program is all about. You will meet me and learn some new things about MBSR; history, research and curriculum. You must interview with me and apply if you plan to register for the training. We can do that before or after the Orientation if you wish.  I make time to do so. If you are ready submit a completed an online or written MBSR Application.

You may just want to attend and learn something new and helpful with some nice people.  This is open to all who may be interested in MBSR.  Come as my guest.
