Let’s meet outdoors and practice in the open air, outdoor sounds, open sky, and perhaps let our feet feel the earth’s surface for a change. We meet at Bagley Park in downtown Hillsboro.
Book so you can be notified of changes in schedule or otherwise .
These sessions are without tuition offered to those who can bring the necessary props, sunscreen and otherwise to be safe and well aligned in an open setting.
All levels of practice are welcome though you must (you must!) modify your
movements to be safe for your physical situation. I will share with those who show up in these sessions. I will count on your patience and abilities to modify your practice and not try to ‘keep up’ which is contrary to our way of practice here. Just be who you are and practice in your own unique way.
Let’s just show up and share practice and linger for a while afterward if you wish! Maybe share a cup of tea and some conversation and otherwise.
See you here! — Brant

Book each session individually so you be on the roster and can be notified of any changes in the schedule, especially because of weather.

Sharing stillness, embodied and attentive presence, openness, poetry and readings with one another during this contemplative practice each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening at 9pm.
Designed each evening to work with who arrives and how we might best encourage, nourish and support ourselves and one another. No special prerequisites. Show up as you are and we’ll support one another and ourselves as we practice meeting this difficult era.
“These evenings have given me a community and support in a time when I needed them most.
Whatever I was going through, I knew I wasn’t alone. This community is the great gift of this pandemic.”
“Ending the day in this way brings calm and spaciousness to my busy life,
reminding me of what is ultimately important.” – Cindy
“I am calm and focused on the moment and moments that continue which
makes the rest of my evening so nice, calming and centered.” – Linda
If the tuition for the full 30 sessions is a challenge because of job loss or other challenge reach out to Brant and we’ll work something out. No problem.

A safe and friendly introduction to yoga, appropriate for those wanting to try an soothing and accessible form of yoga or for those who have had injuries or physical limitations in the past. There will be time devoted to visiting with students at the beginning of class to tailor the class for the student in class that morning. The approach to practice and learning will be an invitation to direct personal experience so that each student is invited to move and learn in their own unique way.
We will practice movements that teach yoga alignment in ways that are available to most everyone. We will practice relaxation as well as invite mindful movement to encourage balance, strength and flexibility. Easy and modified yoga poses will be explored. Your physician should release you for general physical activity if you have a physical challenge.
