Knees, Feet, Legs Special Series with a Physical Therapist

A comprehensive series of classes where you’ll learn about proper leg and ankle alignment, healthy ways of moving, methods of easing tension and reducing the tendency for pain.  Homework and thorough learning materials provided. Taught by a licensed physical therapist. $65.
