Enter summer with the tangible experience of blessing the challenges and joys of our year’s first half and now entering the flow of long days and warmth as you turn toward the vibrancy and life unfolding in the natural world around us.
There will be gentle mindful yoga practice, sitting meditation practice, progressive relaxation practice, kind group exercises, periods of reflection and conversation and more this Sunday morning. Poetry and readings will be offered.
