Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): Two Courses for the Portland Area this Spring

This Spring I will offer another two MBSR courses.  The Saturday, 2pm course , begins on April 13th and is an excellent choice for Portland area commuters with good traffic and Max nearby.   The Thursday course begins on April 11th. My classrooms are an easy 2-block walk from both downtown Hillsboro Max stations.  Also there are a number of excellent restaurants, shops, and parks downtown near my classrooms.
