Just Opened! – Saturday Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Training; Starts January 27th

I have opened a Saturday MBSR training beginning January 27th for the first time this term
see this link for details.  There were a number of students who could not attend Thursday’s training this term so I have opened this one.  Do please look over the details at the link above if you have interest.
