Begin fall with pondering our way of loving. We all so so though often we don’t enquire how and discern who we love. Together let’s learn something helpful about loving; romantic, familial, brotherly/sisterly, with community, and more.
There will be gentle mindful yoga practice, sitting meditation practice, progressive relaxation practice, kind group exercises, periods of reflection and conversation and more this Sunday afternoon. Poetry and readings will be offered.
