Yoga can be extremely helpful to those of us with lower back problems. This series is designed to help you evaluate your alignment, strengths and weaknesses and then work with them to find the best possible yoga practice for a healthy back.
Supplemental learning materials will help you develop a simple, effective and straightforward yoga practice. No yoga experience necessary (as long as your physician has released you for gentle physical activity).
