Maintaining and enhancing robust balance in daily life is crucial especially in our mature decades. There aren’t many modes of learning and maintain balance so I have assembled a very robust and series so we can move generously to enhance the pillars of robust balance:
- Tactile awareness of our bodies as they meet the outside world (feet, knees)
- Our internal visual cues for maintaining balance
- Our proprioceptive experience of our body in space
- Generous movement to integrate 1 through 3.
I look forward to working with you over two Monday evening sessions where we will practice and then do some homework to see how the is helping.
