Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. The commitment and dedication I hold for the practice of asana and meditation has helped me evolve into an intuitive teacher. The gentle yet playful approach to my teaching is a guide for people to discover the delicate relationship between the mind, body and soul. My classes are an invitation to say hello to oneself, to encounter and investigate who you are while connecting on a deep level. Compassion and care are communicated through sensitive presence and mindful movement. I understand the realm of self care and how yoga with attention to breath can nurture the soul over time. My hope is that you will step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
I have completed the 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification with Melonie Nielson at the Vancouver Yoga Center. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the wisdom and kindness that my teachers have shared with me.
