We introduce a physically more lively practice including Inversions, backbends, rigorous flow.  Mindfulness during practice emphasized.

Introduction to Bellydance for Mindfulness Series

In this ongoing series you will begin learning the postures, shapes and isolations that make up the foundation of strong bellydance technique.  Throughout this series we will also be exploring bellydance as a tool to increase mindfulness as we build new pathways for communication between the mind and body.  Bellydance is an empowering and healing form of movement that will help you connect deeply with your body in a loving and healthy way.

This series is designed for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting to explore the restorative and meditative side of bellydance.

Consulting and Coaching Thursday Hours for Brant: Summer

Weekly consultation and coaching hours for appointments in-person,  via phone or Skype.  He will work with you or your group to support you with attentive ear to support your journey toward health and well-being or specific advice about therapeutic applications he will be glad to work with you. MBSR Orientation: Thursday, June 29th
Jun 29 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

This free 90 minute Orientation Course will help you understand what the MBSR 8-Week Program is all about. You will meet me and learn some new things in these safe, well-equipped classrooms. We may practice a few of the techniques, you’ll learn more about in the Program, and review MBSR’s history, research and curriculum. You must interview with me and apply if you plan to register for the MBSR Program. Bring your completed MBSR Application Packet if you intend to enroll. There will be time at the end of the class for your interview if you choose to register. Otherwise just come and learn something new and helpful with some nice people.  Open to all who may be interested in MBSR.  RSVP.   Read our newspaper article about MBSR.
