PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION, EASE, SETTLE DOWN
THURSDAY APRIL 11th at 7pm.   

Make time to settle into a kind, relaxed state of ease to beckon us; gentle flow of movement, progressive relaxation practice, visualize and feel a sense of ease and some element of the sacred as the days lengthen and nights dominate less.  Poetry and reflection will support us.  All welcome with no tuition.  Just book here.
