Back by popular demand this year, welcome to the Holiday Yoga Ball (class) where we will explore postures and movements on yoga balls. There are so many ways and invariably there is a lot of joy in the air as we test the edges of balance, strength, flexibility and wackiness. More of a beginning-level class for those who want to be a bit lively.
Whatever ball gown or holiday garb you choose it should be suitable for lots of movement!
