\nWhat we will share was inspired by Dr. Zach Bush’s 4-minute Workout and perhaps the more validating research on short-interval trai nings like this though more pointed toward weaving suc h body work with mindfulness/attentive presence\, breathing practice\, and biomechanics more diverse than that research of Dr. Bush’s sequence.

These all come with your registr ation and are additional\, optional ways of practicing and learning making this a comprehensive learning experience. Generous depth and breadth of learning is the intention with this offering. This is the retreat day for the folks in this winter 8-Week training.< /p>\n
This retreat is an opportunity to practice deeply in the ways we h ave practiced in class and at home over the first weeks of this course. P eople often have very moving and at times challenging experience both duri ng the day. It is simply an opportunity to be still\, with ourselves\, an d others in the simplest of ways\; in silence.
\nPrepare by bringing all of the props you use in your classroom practice. Please know that this course has far less of the drudgery of typical online classes and more attentive guided personal mindfulness practices which are far less stressful than mo st online learning.\nBelow are the details of this training\, MBSR-SH.
